A Church For All is a church without walls. Our programs and services are not limited to the people who sit in the pews or come to church on Sunday. We believe the church should be alive and flexible, able to meet the needs of the community wherever they are. the needs of the individuals we encounter fall outside the skills of our ministry, we will partner with other organizations to build an array of opportunities that will change lives. Listed below is a list of services or ministries available at A Church For All.

Ministry of Spiritual Recovery

This ministry provides individual and group support through peers as well as spiritual and life skills counseling via licensed clergy for people seeking recovery and healthy living. The goal of the spiritual recovery ministry is to:

• Support the development of healthy nurturing relationships,

• Model tools for listening to self, others, and God,

• Learn creative ways of dealing with life stressors and restoring the spirit.

Although Christian in its general philosophy this ministry uses a format similar to those found in 12 step recovery programs. It encourages participants to develop a personal relationship with the God of their own understanding and provides a safe and nurturing environment to do so. The facilitators have many years of experience and recovery in the areas of substance use, mental illness, codependency, and relationships. This ministry may also be used as a community resource for those in professional counseling and or therapy. Koinonia – This is the hospitality team of the church. This group is comprised of greeters, ushers, organizers, cooks, interior designers, event planners who are friendly and thoughtful individuals that are committed to making our worship services a warm and loving experience. Word Up! – This is our marketing and public relations team. This team is responsible for all our advertising, graphic designs, website, YouTube, My Space, MGW articles, newsletters, emails reminders etc. This team is comprised of writers, graphic artists, website designers, web masters, graffiti artists, photographers, media moguls, chatters, and bloggers. Praise & Worship - This team is comprised of musicians, singers, song writers, & psalmists, dancers, and dramatists. Also on this team are sound engineers, computer geeks, and graphic artists. The Gap – This is our social justice and outreach team. The Gap’s job is to find those people and places in the community where ACFA can demonstrate the inclusive love of God through service to our community; The Gap engages the church in partnerships with community organizations, movements, and service efforts aimed at improving the lives of people in our community. Youth and Young Adult Ministry - This team is responsible for creating innovative avenues of ministry for the youth of this church and the community. Transformations is made up of individuals who are in training to serve in a ministerial capacity within the church and community. They assist in the Sunday worship services, congregational care, small group studies, intercessory prayer, and community outreach.
